Consultant Order to Cash (f/m) - Amsterdam office

You will advise and support our international customers in implementing Klopotek publishing software with a focus on O2C. Based on your expert knowledge of our customers’ business processes, you will handle a range of challenging project management tasks. You will work in our office in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities:

  • providing support from customer and project acquisition to project calculation
  • project planning and liaising with customers
  • coordinating and actively steering several partial projects
  • budget, schedule and resource planning - internally and with customers
  • responsibility for deadlines, budgets and project progress including entire project documentation
  • advising customers on designing business processes and modeling business processes within standard software


Your Profile:

  • university degree (business studies, business information technology or similar) or comparable training (preferably international)
  • professional experience, preferably in publishing and/or management consultancy
  • very good understanding of IT and technology; experience with ERP systems; MS Office products, databases and SQL technology skills are indispensable.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;good knowledge of German or Dutch would be advantageous
  • Experience in team and project management
