Klopotek exhibited on stand Q645 at the London Book Fair from 15-17 April 2013.

The focus was on topics including: 'fulfilment made easy’, and how employing Klopotek O2C (Order to Cash) for books, journals, packs and bundles can simplify your back office order processing and distribution needs, and Klopotek CR&R, 'the most comprehensive contributor payment system in the world'.

Klopotek held the twice-yearly SaaS User group at the London Book Fair 2013. With representation from 6 UK customers, the meeting is certainly proving to be a successful and useful opportunity for Klopotek users to engage with each and share ideas and tips. Due to the popularity of the meetings, we are now considering extending the reach to include SaaS customers from our US and France regions as this will stimulate wider discussion and provide greater benefit to users.

At the meeting on April 16th, the discussions centred around topics considered most relevant to the end users, and for Klopotek to learn what was needed to make the user experience with the system even better.

This year’s London Book Fair was a lively event with a refreshing air of positivity. Klopotek occupied a prominent position on the approach to the China focus in Earls Court 2 and had an active stand with meetings scheduled throughout all the three days. Klopotek’s focus for this year’s event was the announcement of the latest Klopotek software release which brings many exciting new features to market. The most notable of these being a a fully integrated Digital Asset Management system, and task-driven workflow user dashboard, but many more besides.

The first Klopotek SaaS (Software as a Service) User Group was launched on April 17th and was attended by the University of Wales Press, Edinburgh University Press, Policy Press, and Manchester University Press. Klopotek’s SaaS community is set to grow, with the International London Book Fair providing an ideal venue for the users from different parts of the country to get together, discuss business needs, share ideas and drive commonly needed enhancements.
