Quick Search

When searching, wouldn’t it be easy and user-friendly, if you could simply type “John Doe” and the software would return John’s contracts, John’s address details, and the products with John Doe as the author?
Quick Search does this. It enhances the existing search tools with a powerful full-text search.
Find what you are looking for with a single click, wherever it is in the database.

Unique features

• Search results sorted by objects (products, business partner, …) and by rating (“best match first”)
• Pre-configuration returns results on business partners, products, production, contracts
• Pre-configuration can be changed; customers can decide which fields of which data objects shall be indexed and used for the Quick Search
• Quick search also searches in the DAM; if documents are stored in the DAM, the Quick Search provides an integrated full text search on all your documents

• Available in V 10.0 and all versions > V 10.0 (based on the new GUI)
• Shipped in the February 2012 Patch
