New for you: Klopotek Service Desk
In early April, the Klopotek Service Desk replaced our BugTrace tool to report and manage issues. This Service Desk, powered by JIRA, provides state-of-the-art service tools and communication structures.
The transition from BugTrace to Klopotek Service Desk was a smooth process, as many of our customers have confirmed. Positive feedback we’ve received also includes that there are now integration options between our customers’ tools and the Service Desk.
