Information regarding Corona Virus: Klopotek is prepared

We’d like to share with you some information regarding the Corona virus outbreak and a growing number of reported cases of COVID-19 worldwide.

While the health and well-being of our employees and customers is of the highest priority for us, we would like to inform all of you about our continuity planning in the event of a COVID-19 pandemic.

If you run the Klopotek solution on premise, you are fully independent of Klopotek regarding system environment and availability. In case you use Klopotek SaaS or Klopotek as a Hosted Solution, please be assured that there’ll be no restrictions to our services provided to you.

Concerning the Support Chain at Klopotek, we can ensure that we have organized our work routine in a way that a pandemic will not have an impact on our business. Our Service and Development Teams are spread over several locations and time zones (Amsterdam, Berlin, Gioia [Italy], Munich, Paris, Parsippany). The majority of the team members (90%) are used to and experienced in working remotely. All necessary tools for remote access are in place.
