Customer Information 2019

Our focus this year was, as you will probably know, on developing cloud-based STREAM apps for TEP. We’ll be continuing our technology transition from the Classic Line (Rich Client) to STREAM in 2020, most importantly in the areas of TEP and O2C. We’ve arranged key processes of handling your Title Management, Editorial, and Production (TEP) requirements in a creative workflow cycle: Title Life Cycle Manager is your customizable app for title management with various scenarios. Relying on exactly the processes you need results in harmonized workflows and improved data quality. This app was our highlight in presentations at Frankfurt Book Fair.
