Contract Workflow Manager

Manage and track the entire contract life cycle

Contract Workflow Manager enables you to easily create and manage contract documents and ensures the transparency and manageability of the signature process. Modifications to contract data can be tracked by comparing the different contract versions that are saved in the system.

A contract in the "Contracts" module of the Klopotek Classic Line is linked to a workflow controlled via the Contract Workflow Manager. In this way, it is always clear which phase a contract workflow is in and whether the related tasks will be completed on schedule.

You can actively intervene in the workflow from within Contract Workflow Manager, for example, by sending e-mail reminders to the people responsible for certain tasks.
