Consultant support logiciel

As part of our professional team, you will advise and support our international customers in implementing Klopotek publishing software with a focus on the Order to Cash Systems for books, journals and advertisements.

You will work on handling a full range of essential project management tasks, such as

  • Liaising with customers to deliver exact & reliable project planning

  • Coordinating and flexibly steering several sub-projects simultaneously

  • You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and achieving project progress, including project documentation 

  • Supporting customers in the field of business process design and specifying their requirements 

  • Modelling business processes and implementing these models by configuring the Klopotek publishing solution 

  • Acting as a link between Sales and IT; providing sales support (occasionally)

  • Integrating various systems our customers may have 

  • Providing training to the users of the Klopotek software

Your profile  

  • Ideally, you already have several years of experience as a consultant for ERP systems (perhaps resulting from having completed an internship)

  • Experience in the field of standard project management methods would be a plus; it is essential that you are interested in project management

  • You have completed a technical/technological education relevant for this position; you have practical problem-solving skills 

  • Ideally, you have some knowledge of IT, databases, and SQL; you should be interested to be trained in this field

  • Your approach to work is analytical, efficient, and customer-oriented, you are an open-minded person an a team player

  • You are fluent in English (business level would be ideal); some knowledge of Dutch or German would be a plus 

  • Business travel: you are willing to do short-term trips in Europe
