Software Support Consultant

As part of our specialized Customer Care team, you will help us provide excellent customer service to the publishing world. 
This includes a range of essential tasks, such as:

  •   Analyzing, processing, and managing incoming customer requests (ticketing system)

  •   Regular phone calls with customers for prioritizing tickets

  •   Liaising between customers and our Development, IT, and Operations teams 
     

Your profile  

  •   Experience in the publishing industry, preferably in Sales or Distribution

  •   You enjoy being in direct contact with customers (international level)

  •   Some basic knowledge of IT, databases, and SQL and/or experience in the field of ERP systems would be helpful

  •   Your approach to work is analytical, efficient, and customer-oriented

  •   Very good English (and, ideally, French) language skills (business level)

Technical Product Specialist

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Technical Product Manager Lead della Sede Italiana, svolgerà funzioni di disegno e gestione delle funzionalità applicative per la nuova generazione di ERP web based.
 

Responsabilità

  • User Stories Design: progettazione delle nuove funzionalità attraverso la scrittura di user Stories fornite ai team di Development e Quality.

  • Release/Delivery: controllo del processo di versioning e releasing sincronizzato con le varie componenti dell’organizzazione atte al rilascio e alla installazione/validazione di un nuovo rilascio software.

  • Sprint: collaborazione alla definizione dello scope di uno sprint e della corretta pianificazione supportando i team di Development e Quality alla ottimale applicazione della metodologia SCRUM.

  • 3rd Level of Support: collaborazione per la gestione e pianificazione della maintenance line in congiunta con i team di Development e di Product Management.

 

Profilo ricercato:

  • E’ preferibile laurea (Triennale e/o Magistrale) in ambito economico

  • E’ preferibile aver avuto pregressa esperienza in ambito software

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta

  • Capacità di analisi e problem solving
